1. Consulting & Managing Student Lists

• Advising education enrollment.
• Answer parent questions.
• Manage, update student list, student records, parents list, check with the Accounting Department when required.
• Daily update the number of students, report the list of students to the school board.
• Managing student leave.
• Make a list of students daily.
• Make a record of absences, necessary procedures when students are absent.
• Register for settlement of accident insurance policies for students.
• Call for advice and care when students are away from school or on long-term leave or when new policies apply to students.

2. Treasurer

• Receipts based on receipts;
• Checking relevant documents, enclosing the request for payment, ensuring the accuracy of the company's spending rules before making cash payments;
• At the end of the reporting date, the gross receipts of administrative expenses, cash funds paid to the branch accountant (referred to as the accountant).

• Diploma in Business Administration, Economics.
